Authorizes the juvenile court to have concurrent original jurisdiction with the family court over parenting plans or residential schedules as provided for in RCW 13.34.155.

Authorizes the court hearing a dependency petition to establish or modify a parenting plan as part of a disposition order or at a review hearing when doing so will implement a permanent plan of care for the child and result in dismissal of the dependency.
