Requires the director of the department of licensing to direct, supervise, and control all boxing, mixed martial arts, kickboxing, and wrestling events conducted within this state and an event may not be held in this state except in accordance with chapter 67.08 RCW.

Prohibits an amateur or professional no holds barred fighting or combative fighting contest, exhibition, match, or similar type of event, or any elimination tournament, from being held in this state.
