Authorizes the board of directors of a school district and the board of directors of an educational service district to designate by resolution an employee of the district or some other person having experience in financial or fiscal matters to act as the district treasurer, including an employee of another school district or an educational service district through an interlocal agreement under chapter 39.34 RCW.
