Allows the use of two fishing poles per fishing license holder for use on selected state waters.

Requires license holders to purchase a two-pole stamp for a fee of ten dollars to use a second pole.

Directs proceeds from the sale of the two-pole stamp to be deposited into the state wildlife account and used for enhancing game fish fisheries.
