Addresses expansion of the state convention and trade center.

Authorizes the corporation to: (1) In addition to using any funds appropriated to pay costs of activities authorized in the act, obtain interim financing, if necessary, to pay such costs; and

(2) Proceed with long-term financing for the purpose of paying costs of constructing and equipping the expansion project upon authorization of the legislature of the long-term financing.
