Requires the maximum levy percentages provided in RCW 84.52.0531(5) to be increased by four percentage points for school districts with a levy approved by the voters before May 1, 2009, for collection in calendar year 2010 for 2010 and for collection in calendar year 2011 for 2011.

Expires January 1, 2012.
