Directs the department of health to: (1) Enhance and support an emergency cardiac and stroke care system; and

(2) Share with the legislature, their report, which was funded by the centers for disease control and prevention, concerning emergency cardiac and stroke care.

Exempts from the public records act, cardiac and stroke system performance data submitted to national, state, or local data collection systems.
