Prohibits an offender who was sentenced under RCW 9A.36.120 (assault of a child in the first degree) from having contact with an unsupervised child or children under the age of thirteen unless either an adult who is knowledgeable of the offender's conviction is present or with prior approval from the offender's community corrections officer.
