Authorizes a county legislative authority to determine that a population of deleterious feral animals exists in the county and requires the authority to transmit that information to the director of the department of fish and wildlife.

Requires the department of fish and wildlife, if notified of a population of deleterious feral animals, to develop and initiate the implementation of a management plan designed to eliminate or minimize the damage caused by the animals.
