Regulates soil science and wetland science as professions by: (1) Establishing minimum standards of ethical conduct and professional responsibility;

(2) Establishing professional education and experience requirements for those persons representing to the public that they are soil scientists or wetland scientists certified by the state; and

(3) Creating a board for soil scientists and wetland scientists.
