Creates the uniform foreign-country money judgments recognition act.

Repeals chapter 6.40 RCW, the uniform foreign money judgments recognition act.

Provides that the act applies to all actions commenced on or after the effective date of the act in which the issue of recognition of a foreign-country judgment is raised.
