Modifies the electrolytic processing business tax exemption.

Directs the citizen commission for performance measurement of tax preferences to schedule the electrolytic processing business tax exemption under RCW 82.16.0421 for a tax preference review by the joint legislative audit and review committee.

Eliminates the expiration of RCW 82.16.0421.
