Prohibits a person from carrying onto, or possessing on, public or private elementary or secondary school premises, school-provided transportation, or areas of facilities while being used exclusively by public or private schools, any portable device, object, instrument, or device that is designed, redesigned, used, or intended to be used as a weapon to injure a person or an animal by an electric shock, charge, or impulse.
