Authorizes the director of the department of licensing to: (1) Review and approve parent taught driver training education courses designed for use in the home; and

(2) Charge a fee for enrollment in a parent taught driver training education course that may not exceed the department of licensing's actual cost to implement the course.

Requires the department of licensing to offer comprehensive parent taught driver training courses that must satisfy department driver's education requirements.

Directs the driver instructors' advisory committee to review and recommend parent taught driver training education courses designed for use in the home.
