Provides that the following offenses shall not be prosecuted more than six years after their commission or their discovery, whichever occurs later: (1) Leading organized crime;

(2) Use of proceeds of criminal profiteering;

(3) Felony money laundering;

(4) Felony identity crimes; or

(5) Theft in the first or second degree when accomplished by color or aid of deception.
