Adopts the recommendations of the citizen commission for performance measurement of tax preferences concerning calculation of the business and occupation tax deduction for radio and television broadcasting, reporting data on the community benefits of nonprofit nursing homes and hospitals, and a property tax exemption for airports belonging to municipalities of adjoining states.
