Requires the administrative office of the courts to: (1) Develop standard court forms and format rules for mandatory use by parties in dependency matters commenced under chapter 13.34 RCW (juvenile court act) or chapter 26.44 RCW (abuse of children); and

(2) Distribute a master copy of the mandatory forms to all county court clerks.

Requires the administrative office of the courts and county clerks, upon request, to distribute the forms to the public.

Authorizes the office and the county clerks to charge for the cost of production and distribution of the forms.
