Requires that, if professional land surveying judgment is required in: (1) The review, approval, or examination by an agency of survey data;

(2) Documents prepared by a person authorized to practice land surveying; or

(3) Services performed by a person authorized to practice land surveying; the review, approval, or examination must be performed by, or under the direct supervision of, another person authorized to practice land surveying or as otherwise authorized by state law.
