Limits the use of consignment contracts in the sale of used manufactured/mobile homes.

Requires a notice to be completed and attached to a listing contract containing: (1) A description and the location of the home;

(2) Details on the compensation to the agent, dealer, or broker; and

(3) Any changes to the compensation to be paid to the agent, dealer, or broker.
