Prohibits a state agency from acquiring or providing funds to other entities to acquire agricultural lands, designated by a county under the growth management act as agricultural lands of long-term commercial significance, without prior written approval by the county legislative authority.

Authorizes the county legislative authority to require the state agency or other entity receiving funds from a state agency to acquire property, to submit certain information.
