Requires the lottery commission to conduct an online keno game in which the drawing or selection of winning tickets occurs more frequently than once every twenty-four hours but not less than every four minutes.

Removes the requirement that the legislature must approve this type of game.

Distributes certain revenue from the game to the state wildlife account.
