Requires the Washington traffic safety commission, in consultation with the association of Washington cities and the Washington state association of counties, to submit to the transportation committees of the legislature a comprehensive report on the income and cost distribution of revenues generated statewide by public and private entities through the use of automated traffic safety cameras.
