Requires an offender to be sanctioned to up to one year of total confinement if the offender violates any condition or requirement of a sentence by committing an assault against a law enforcement officer or other employee of a law enforcement agency, or employee of the department of corrections, who was performing his or her official duties at the time of the assault.
