Regulates tanning facilities.

Requires the department of health to adopt by rule: (1) Standards for a written health notice that must be posted in a tanning facility;

(2) A program to train operators of tanning devices; and

(3) Frequencies of training and retraining operators of tanning devices.

Prescribes penalties for failure to post the written health notice.
