Addresses the workers' compensation system.

Directs the department of labor and industries to convene a task force to evaluate and recommend methods to: (1) Improve the coordination and provision of quality, timely medical treatment;

(2) Improve outcomes for, and shorten the duration of, long-term disability claims; and

(3) Refine and resolve systemic liabilities and long-term pension trends.

Expires January 1, 2011.
