    On page 7, on line 8, after "limitations:" insert "(1)"

    On page 7, after line 12, insert the following: "(2) $547,000 of the general fund -- state appropriation for fiscal year 2012 and $547,000 of the general fund -- state appropriation for fiscal year 2013 are provided solely for the office of the education ombudsman."

EFFECT: Adds to the Office of the Governor a proviso for existing funds for the Office of the Education Ombudsman.

FISCAL IMPACT: No change to appropriated levels.
