    On page 98, line 29, after "provided," insert "and in consultation with the public school employees of Washington and the Washington school counselors' association,"

EFFECT:  Directs the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction to work in consultation with the Public School Employees of Washington and the Washington School Counselors' Association when developing a model policy on graduation coaches.
