    On page 54, after line 29, insert the following:

    "(d) The department shall keep Frances Haddon Morgan Center and Yakima Valley School open until there are sufficient community options and services available to serve the clients who currently reside in these residential habilitation centers."

EFFECT: Requires the department to keep Frances Haddon Morgan Center and Yakima Valley School open until there are sufficient community options available to serve the clients who currently reside in them.

FISCAL IMPACT: No changes to appropriated levels.
