    On page 102, beginning on line 19, after "to" strike all material through "of" on line 20 and insert "operate and maintain state parks as the commission implements"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that the State Parks and Recreation Commission may use state general fund dollars for the operation and maintenance of state parks as the Commission implements a new fee structure.
