    On page 2, line 27, after "(A)" insert the following:

    "The county, and each city located within the county, are in compliance with the requirements of this chapter;

(B)"

    Renumber the remaining subsections accordingly.

EFFECT:   Establishes a new criterion for eligibility for a county to adopt a resolution removing itself from the full planning requirements of the Growth Management Act (Act): the county, and the cities located within the county, must be in compliance with the requirements of the Act.
