    On page 21, beginning on line 30 of the amendment, strike all of sections 13, 14, and 15

EFFECT:   Removes all provisions but section 12, which provides detail as to which damages responsible parties are liable for if they violate the state's prohibition on the unlawful discharge of oil into the waters of the state.
