    On page 3, line 5, after "(2)" insert "For purposes of this section: (a) "Spirits" means "spirits" as defined in RCW 66.04.010 that are produced by a distiller producing sixty thousand gallons or less of spirits per year; and (b) "sponsor" means a domestic distiller licensed under RCW 66.24.140 or an accredited representative of a distiller, manufacturer, importer, or distributor of spirituous liquor licensed under RCW 66.24.310.

EFFECT:  Limits spirits that may be sampled to spirits produced by  distillers producing 60,000 gallons or less per year.
