    On page 45, beginning on line 31, strike all of section 71

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT:   Changes the definition of "compensation."  Removes the provision that states that transactions under the Uniform Parentage Act do not constitute a sale or purchase of a minor child for the purposes of the crime of selling or purchasing a child.
