    On page 40, line 12, after "(f)" insert "It must require that the woman acting as a surrogate have prenatal medical visits with her physician at a minimum of once a month during the pregnancy; and

    (g)"

EFFECT:   For the purposes of satisfying the requirements of an enforceable surrogacy contract under the bill, the contract must require that the woman acting as a surrogate have prenatal check-ups with her physician at least once a month during the pregnancy.
