    On page 2, at the beginning of line 30, strike "services" and insert "delivery of a child under a surrogacy contract"

    On page 5, line 31, after "surrogacy" insert "and who is not a member of the military services or a spouse of a member of the military services or receiving any military benefits"

EFFECT:  Changes the definition of "compensation."  Provides that a member of the military or a spouse of a member of the military or anyone receiving any military benefits may not act as a surrogate.
