    On page 2, at the beginning of line 30, strike "services" and insert "delivery of a child under a surrogacy contract"

    On page 38, line 7, after "(g)" insert "She has not been diagnosed as having any mental illness, developmental disability, or physical disability;

    (h) She has at least a high school diploma and resides in a household with an income that is equal to at least the median income of the state; and

    (i)"

    Re-letter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Changes the definition of "compensation."  Provides that the woman acting as a surrogate must not have a diagnosed mental illness, developmental disability, or physical disability and must have at least a high school diploma and live in a household with an income equal to at least the median income of the state.
