    On page 21, line 7, after "least" strike "twenty" and insert "thirty-five"

    On page 21, line 14, after "by" insert "a majority of"

EFFECT:   Allows owners to which at least 35 percent of the votes are allocated in the association (rather than 20 percent), to demand that a reserve study be conducted. Specifies that the association may include a reserve study in the next budget if the budget is not rejected by a majority of the owners.
