    On page 2, beginning on line 7, after "includes" strike "only those persons who deposited funds in a savings account, certificate of deposit, or any other savings program of the financial institution as eligible prize recipients" and insert "as eligible prize recipients only those persons who deposited funds at the financial institution in a certificate of deposit with a term of at least one year"

    On page 7, beginning on line 26, after "includes" strike "only those persons who deposited funds in a savings account, certificate of deposit, or any other savings program of the financial institution as eligible prize recipients" and insert "as eligible prize recipients only those persons who deposited funds at the financial institution in a certificate of deposit with a term of at least one year"

EFFECT:   Limits the type of savings programs for which a drawing may be held to certificates of deposit with a term of at least one year.
