    On page 2, beginning on line 7, after "includes" strike "only those persons who deposited funds in a savings account, certificate of deposit, or any other savings program of the financial institution as eligible prize recipients" and insert "as eligible prize recipients only those persons who deposited funds at the financial institution in a savings account, certificate of deposit, or any other savings program, with a term of at least one year"

    On page 7, beginning on line 26, after "includes" strike "only those persons who deposited funds in a savings account, certificate of deposit, or any other savings program of the financial institution as eligible prize recipients" and insert "as eligible prize recipients only those persons who deposited funds at the financial institution in a savings account, certificate of deposit, or any other savings program, with a term of at least one year"

EFFECT:  Requires the savings account, certificate of deposit, or other savings program to have a term of at least one year.
