    On page 4, line 31, after "chapter." insert "The superior court may also award the costs of the suit, including reasonable attorneys' fees, to the prevailing party."

    On page 5, line 13, after "award the" strike the remainder of the subsection and insert "costs of the suit, including reasonable attorneys' fees, to the prevailing party."

EFFECT:   Removes the court's authority to award costs and attorneys' fees to the party seeking to enforce an injunction.

Allows the court to award costs and attorneys' fees to the prevailing party in the injunction action.
