    On page 10, after line 6, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 13.  This act takes effect August 1, 2012."

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Makes the act take effect beginning on August 1, 2012, rather than 90 days after final adjournment of the legislative session.
