EFFECT:   Corrects grammatical and numbering errors.  Specifies that requests to the Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) for exemptions from electronic transaction requirements must be in writing.  Removes the requirement that the L&I must adopt rules for criteria for exemptions from the electronic transaction requirements.
