    On page 2, line 14, after "9.94A.030" strike "((, or any other offense that is a crime against a person))" and insert ", or any other offense that is a crime against a person as provided in RCW 9.94A.411"

EFFECT:   Restores language that prevents an offender serving a sentence that is defined as a crime against a person but is not a violent or sex offense from being placed on conditional release status.
