    On page 4, line 9, after "agencies" insert "that are providing any home care services funded by the department directly or through contract with area agencies on aging"

EFFECT: With respect to long-term care workers employed by home care agencies, applies the January 1, 2011, start date for new basic training and the July 1, 2011, start date for home care aide certification only to those workers employed by home care agencies that provide any state-funded services.
