    On page 3, line 3 of the striking amendment, after "Beginning" strike "October 1, 2012" and insert "sixty days after the director determines that the average price of diesel containing at least two percent biodiesel fuel or renewable diesel fuel by volume equals or is less than the price of diesel over the preceding twelve months"

EFFECT:  Removes the October 1, 2012 implementation date for the B2 standard. Specifies that the B2 standard is to be implemented sixty days after the director of the department of agriculture determines that the average price of diesel containing at least two percent biodiesel fuel or renewable diesel fuel by volume equals or is less than the price of diesel over the preceding twelve months.
