    On page 3, line 3 of the striking amendment, after "Beginning" strike "October 1, 2012" and insert "sixty days after the director determines that production of biodiesel fuel in this state from feedstock grown or produced in Washington has reached a level of at least fifteen million gallons over the preceding twelve months"

    On page 3, line 14 of the striking amendment, after "requirement))" strike all material through "(3)" on line 21

     Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Specifies that the implementation date for the B2 standard is sixty days after the director of the department of agriculture determines that production of biodiesel fuel in this state from feedstock grown or produced in Washington has reached a level of at least fifteen million gallons over the preceding twelve months. Removes the B5 standard.
