    On page 4, after line 5, insert the following:

    "(5) The requirements of this section do not apply to fuel sold or offered for sale for use by a diesel-fueled generator used to support a nuclear power generation facility operated by a joint operating agency in the state."

EFFECT:   Creates an exemption from the minimum renewable fuel content requirement for fuel sold for use by a diesel-fueled generator used to support a nuclear power generation facility operated by a joint operating agency in the state.
