    On page 1, line 8, after "of" strike "((ten)) thirty" and insert "ten"

    On page 1, at the beginning of line 11, strike "((the surcharge shall be thirty dollars.))" and insert ")) Beginning in the 2009-11 biennium and continuing through the 2017-19 biennium, the surcharge shall be thirty dollars."

EFFECT:   Adds an expiration date of the 2017-2019 biennium for the $30 document recording fee surcharge. After that date, the surcharge returns to $10.
