    On page 2, beginning on line 11, after "government." strike all material through "treasurer" on line 12 and insert "A county designating a representative in accordance with this subsection must act in a manner that is consistent with the approved county debt policy adopted in accordance with RCW 36.48.070"

EFFECT:  (1) Deletes a provision specifying that for noncharter counties, the designated bond purchasing representative must be the county treasurer.  (2) Specifies that the county's designated bond purchasing representative must act in a manner that is consistent with the approved county debt policy of the county finance committee.
