    On page 11, line 24, after "committee;" strike "or"

    On page 11, line 27, after "funds" strike "." and insert "; or"

    On page 11, after line 27, insert the following:

    "(v) If more than one person or entity meets the definition of "sponsor" in subsection (b), only one person or entity must be listed."

EFFECT: Establishes that if more than one person or entity meets the definition of "sponsor of a political committee," only one entity must be named
